Virginia Mountain Development, LLC is a small and caring family business with experience in Real Estate that spans the last 20 years.

With a background in restoring the craftsmen homes of the 1920's to building architectural homes in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright and now building cabins in the mountains of Virginia, the owner's diversity gives him that edge and needed experience to give the buyer a quality, well thought out home.

With a furniture makers attention to detail the owners are conscientious of the growing environmental concerns and so work toward little waste. Wood from the trees that must be cut down for the cabin building process to occur are used in some details in the cabins themselves as well as by the owner in building handmade furniture in the style of the early craftsmen such as Greene and Greene, Stickely and Morris.

Each building site is carefully chosen to give the new owner the best his site has to offer. Views as well as passive solar are considered on each. Location relative to other neighbors is chosen with care affording each cabin as much privacy as possible, while also providing a community to draw upon for neighborly things.
